    Currently 11 robot welding machines working 2 shifts a day. Together with the automatic tube cutting machines, rounding machines, etc., the full manufacturing processes create lean manufacturing outcome, from quality standard parts to final assembled Products.

    Thanks to the fully equipped in-house laboratory, we are able to monitor and test against the Products quality during all fabrication processes. Equipments include dynamic test, kirt mount test, stability test, tensile test, salt & spray test, bursting test, impact test, color comparison, etc. These equipments are busy every day ensuring sorting out defect and proving quality level.
